Tiberius and the Friendly Dragon
When the chief of police asks for volunteers to investigate a scary red monster at the edge of town, only Tiberius is up to the challenge. When Tiberius finally confronts the monster, he realizes that appearances are deceiving, and this dragon may be more lonely than fearsome.
